I was riding the M train from Manhattan to Brooklyn the other day and spotted this subway ad for WFAN’s moronic morning drive-time show (the one that replaced Imus after he got canned). I couldn’t get the full ad in the picture, but it says “Always offer your seat to the elderly, or Celtics players”

Ironically (or not), WFAN is the flagship station for the New Jersey Nets. Yeah yeah I know they will be Brooklyn soon, but let’s check out the standings as of today, March 20th:

Radio talk show hosts lie- number don’t.

Even the Knicks are at present, 3.5 games behind the ‘old’ Boston Celtics- maybe that Linsanity thing caused a little brain rot in some marketing department’s skulls.
