After a successful run off Broadway last March, the bona fide Hip hop musical “Big Apple Turns to Cider” returns for a special engagement this Saturday at the Nuyorican Cafe in Manhattan.

The play, with dialogue delivered entirely in rap-rhyme, follows the journey of a young California Hip hop enthusiast who flees to New York City to evade a wrongful criminal charge and ends up being acclimated into the NYC world of street skills, beats & competitive rhyming while being schooled by more experienced heads.
